From boxes to bags of healthy, sustainable food options, our #BreadMinistry remains committed to assisting our brothers and sisters in the community who are managing the impacts of food insecurity.
In doing so, we support and promote occupational justice which emphasizes fairness, respect and equitable opportunities for all. Occupations aren’t reserved for just paid work but rather activities, roles and habits of everyday life that individuals participate in to occupy their time. To that point, meal preparation and caring for others are important occupations for supporting quality of life. Special thanks to Cindy Cobleigh for the delicious lunch following distribution!
